SEA-90 is water soluble and therefore applicable to all drip irrigation systems. Our customers have successfully applied SEA-90 utilizing drip irrigation on tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries and almonds. Rutgers University is currently in the second year of research trials applying SEA-90 to tomatoes through drip irrigation. The amount of SEA-90 applied is variable due to the following factors:
- Tomatoes, Strawberries & Row Crops
Number of Lineal Bed Feet (LBF) per acre
- Grapes, Blueberries, Fruit & Nut Trees
Number of bushes or trees per acre
In a row crop raised bed system where rotation is practiced annually, 250 pounds SEA-90 can be applied during the growing season. With grapes, berries, fruit and nut trees, 100 pounds per acre can be applied annually. SeaAgri recommends annual soil testing and when Na exceeds 30 ppm, the recommended application rates should be lowered by 50 percent.
SeaAgri also recommends foliar applications of SEA-90 in addition to drip irrigation.

SEA-90 through drip irrigation are available.
