The following is a little bit of advice from Kinsey Ag that makes a lot of sense: It seems that many people get the idea that once a soil is correctly balanced, it will be many years before it needs more than routine maintenance in terms of fertilization. This is not the case for any productive soil, especially if you want to achieve top yields and quality. As nutrient uptake and yields improve, more of the elements required for growth of a crop are taken up. If these losses are not measured and replaced, production capabilities decrease even more quickly than would previously been the case, because more is needed and removed as yields and quality increase. Many involved with soil fertility suggest taking a soil sample every three or four years. If all that is sought is a very generalized direction, then this time frame is at least better than none at all. But in order to achieve the utmost from a soil, it should be analyzed and amended where required prior to planting every major crop in that soil. This is true even if your last soil test on the field showed fertility levels as excellent. As you know, SeaAgri, inc. continually advocates soil testing in order to stay totally in-tune to your soil's requirements, and to grow the most nutrient dense crops and pastures.
SeaAgri, inc. is receiving many calls questioning the difference between SEA-90 and Ocean Trace. Please go to the FAQ page and read about the difference. It is quite interesting.
Good News! The State of Missouri granted SeaAgri, inc. licenses to sell SEA-90 sea minerals as a commercial feed as well as permit us to sell the sea minerals as a hydroponics or foliar commercial fertilizer. Click on licenses to print a copy.

Great News for our farmers that plan to apply SEA-90 to their crops and pastures as a foliar spray and need a natural nitrogen source. SeaAgri can now provide Schafer Liquid Fish. Nitrogen is the only periodic table element not available in SEA-90 or sea water (fixed by blue green algae). Applying a solution containing SEA-90 and Schafer Liquid Fish provides the full spectrum of Nature's elements, including nitrogen, with every foliar application. This is an excellent choice if you are currently certified organic or want to end the use of chemical fertilizers and convert your crops or grass fed beef program to "All Natural." SEA-90 and Schafer Liquid Fish are both OMRI Listed.
SeaAgri, inc. advises that it is never too early or too late to begin remineralizing your soil. Due to the nature of our product supply, give yourself adequate time to order and receive your crop and livestock feed requirements.
Our Research page has a link to current Herbicide and Pesticide Analyses for your information. Our current inventory is well below detection limits. Also, do not forget to take a look at our favorite links at the bottom of our "HOME" page.
Please keep in mind that we are available for "Sea Energy Agriculture" & "Soil Remineralization" presentations to any interest groups and organizations upon request.
Robert (Bob) Cain graduated from Southern Illinois University with a MS Degree in Agronomy in 1975. That same year he was introduced to Dr. Maynard Murray and his technology of using sea minerals in agriculture and hydroponics. Dr. Murray offered Bob the opportunity to lease and manage his hydroponics (seaponic) farm in Ft. Myers, Florida, growing tomatoes as a cash crop. Under Dr. Murray’s guidance, Bob studied his extraordinary system of utilizing the 90+ minerals in sea solids (naturally dehydrated sea water) and pure seawater for hydroponics and soil agriculture. As a result, Bob produced high quality fresh produce with superior taste and storage qualities and witnessed significantly reduced losses to disease, fungi and pests. He sold these crops at premium prices to Publix markets throughout southwest Florida. Shortly thereafter, Murray made his famous presentation to the Acres USA Conference and published his book, Sea Energy Agriculture, summarizing his 30 years of research utilizing the ocean’s vast mineral resources and its application in agriculture and hydroponics.
Bob knew immediately that Dr. Murray discovered something extraordinary and superlative with profound implications for the future of farming, food and human nutrition. He resolved to develop a business to distribute sea minerals to farmers. Following Murray's directions, Bob traveled to a location in Mexico where Murray found the purest, natural, mineral deposits in the world and arranged to mine and ship these sea minerals to the continental United States. Unfortunately, farmers in America did not completely understand Murray’s technology so the business was not successful. Consequently, after losing thousands of dollars in his attempt to distribute sea minerals, Bob relocated to Atlanta where he became successful in the real estate industry. Of course, Bob never lost his vision or passion for the genius of Dr. Murray and the remarkable technology of “Sea Energy Agriculture.”
In January 2002, after becoming increasingly more concerned about the lack of minerals in the foods we eat and resultant health deficiencies, Bob began to search for sea minerals for use in his organic garden. During his quest to locate a source, he discovered an article about Dr. Maynard Murray that was written by David Yarrow and published in the November 2001 issue of Acres USA. Bob contacted David to discuss current farming and agricultural philosophies. David informed Bob that the Acres USA article produced more calls, letters and emails than anything he ever published. They agreed that contemporary farmers and ranchers are genuinely concerned about the minerals and trace elements in their soil, the nutritional quality of foods and feeds they grow and would appreciate the holistic elegance of Murray's methods. They concluded that the organic and sustainable agriculture industry is ready to accept Dr. Murray’s technology. Unfortunately, Dr. Murray’s sea minerals in a solid form were not available for purchase.

Consequently, the seeds of SeaAgri, inc. were sown in February 2002 when Bob and David finally met in Atlanta to discuss the feasibility of a business to promote the nearly lost legacy of Dr. Murray’s profound research, and ultimately distribute Murray's sea minerals to various agricultural communities. Along with Bob’s wife, Carmen Hagen, they began to develop ideas for a business name, trademark, product name, packaging, labels, marketing, and applications. During the summer of 2002, Bob revisited the source of Murray’s sea minerals and made arrangements once again to mine and ship the amazing sea minerals to the U.S. Efforts began to seek USDA National Organic Program listing. Since that time, we are proud to announce that SeaAgri’s sea minerals are listed by the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) for use in production of organic food and fiber.
In 2004, SeaAgri, inc. became official with our registered product SEA-90. During this time, Carmen retired from the corporate world and began to devote her time, knowledge and experience in marketing and business management to help SeaAgri accomplish its vision. Our first two shipments arrived in the U.S. in 2004 and are distributed throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. Currently, soil stewards are applying SEA-90 to all types of farming, grazing and hydroponics. In December 2004, Acres USA released Fertility from the Ocean Deep, a new book about Murray’s life and research written by Acres publisher Charles Walters. The agriculture community’s exposure to SeaAgri’s remarkable product SEA-90 increased even more dramatically following the publication (Acres USA July 2005) of an article written by Carmen and Bob concerning remineralization of soils with sea minerals. Shortly after this current publication, Acres USA honored Bob Cain and David Yarrow with an invitation to speak about soil remineralization utilizing sea minerals at the Acres USA 2005 convention in December. Early in 2007, SEA-90 was OMRI listed for organic livestock production. This means that SEA-90 can be used as a feed supplement or offered free choice to your livestock and poultry.
SeaAgri’s vision is to improve the quality of human health through the food we eat by remineralizing the soil in which it is produced. Therefore, we proudly present SEA-90, the highest quality sea minerals available to soil stewards in the organic and sustainable agriculture communities throughout the world.
